258. Australian Beach Ultimate Championships

I was playing with a dodgy ankle but it didn’t stop me. We had 11 players, which was a good number for beach. We played well and ended up in a pool for 4-6 on the last day. We lost to the overall winners in a very tight game that went to universe. I dropped the first throw in the last point, right on the goal line. It was a very sad ending to the game. Of the final three games for placings, two were somewhat competitive, but we won comfortably enough. It was an awesome weekend. The team had great vibes, the party was fun (until my hip cut the dancing short), and we executed on the amazing Aperol Sprints concept. The best part by far was having Sep play with us again.
